Returns

Steps 1 and 2 must be completed within 90 days of fulfillment.  If they are not completed within the 90 day time-range, we will not be able to process a return or refund for your order. Shipping and handling will not be refunded if an item has already shipped. You may also only request a refund once you have received the items. CPG items are all final sale and are not available for refund.

Your fulfillment date can be found in email from us titled "A shipment from order # is on the way". If you can't locate this email, please check your spam folder before contacting us.


Step 1:

Fill out this form to let us know which method of return you'll be using.

Step 2:

After completing the initial returns form, go to our returns portal to let us know which items you will be returning and the quantity of items you'll be returning.

Step 3:

Pending review from our team, your request will be processed, and you will be refunded. Please allow up to 7 business days for this. 

 

Missing / Damaged Items:

Step 1:

While we strive to minimize these cases, we do understand that some items may be damaged or missing from your order. When this happens, you have 7 calendar days from delivery to fill out a claim with us for a full refund of the missing/damaged items. You can fill out the form here.

Step 2:

Once that form is submitted, we will follow up with you if we need additional details via the email address provided on the form.
