How it Works

After sifting through the millions of products on our platform, we have pulled together best-sellers from the Wish app to create the Wish Wholesale Site. We’ve carefully selected products from a multitude of categories to provide businesses with a user-friendly, one-stop shop for all of their sourcing needs.


The best part? If you’re not satisfied with the products, you have the option to return them within 90 DAYS of fulfillment.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Browse through our site and pick out the perfect items for your store

  2. All prices are reflective of  1 unit or pack  (if indicated by the title)

  3. Due to the global health crises and local governments restrictions, the current fulfillment time can take up to 50 business days, you will receive the fulfillment notification once the items are shipped.

  4. When selling these items in your store, we encourage you to mark up the items at least an additional 50%.

  5. Once the items arrive, you have 7 calendar days to let us know if any items didn’t arrive or were damaged in transit (pictures and damage details required). Please submit any claims here. If we don’t hear from you in that period, we will assume all items arrived in good condition.

  6. In order to pass on the lowest possible prices to you, please allow shipping to take up to 6 weeks and may come in multiple packages.

  7. Due to variation in shipping times, we offer refunds (original shipping/handling are non-refundable) within 90 days of fulfillment as long as the items being returned are in satisfactory condition. Once an item has shipped, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You may only request a refund once you have received the items.


  8. Before the 90 days are up, you must fill out a refund request form on our site. If you’re a Wish Local Participant, you’ll have 2 options for return. All other shoppers will only be allowed to return via option b (assuming the items are in satisfactory condition link to terms):
    1. Convert the items into Pickup Now Inventory
    2. Consolidate all of the items into one box, provide us with box dimensions and weight, and return them to our local warehouse (return shipping will be charged)

 

CPG:

  1. Consumer packaged goods are all final sale (no refunds) and are only deliverable to our customers in the US
  2. These items are sold in larger pack sizes. Price is reflective of the entire pack, not of individual items
  3. Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping
