Not in love with your recent Wholesale order? Send it back!

Before completing the 3-step return process, check below to see if your items meet all of the following conditions.
  
Acceptable for return:
  1. Items are in their original packaging with all tags/labels attached
  2. Items are part of an order that was delivered within the last 30 days
  3. If the items were sold in a pack , the full pack is being returned
Exclusions/Non-Refundable:
  1. Items in the ‘Brand Bundles’ collection are final sale and non-refundable.
  2. Items in the ‘Facemasks’ collection are final sale and non-refundable.

 

If your items qualify, follow our quick 3-step process:

(Steps 1 and 2 must be completed within 30 days of your order’s delivery)

Step 1:  Complete this form to indicate your return method
Step 2:  Create a request in our portal so we know which items are returning
Step 3:  Pending review, your request will be processed and a shipping label will be emailed

 

Missing/Damaged Items:

If any items are missing or damaged upon your order’s arrival, please contact us within 7 days of your order’s delivery with the following:

  1. A picture of the damaged goods (example below)
  2. The product titles and quantities
