Returns


We offer full refunds and returns for any missing items/items damaged upon arrival.

Damaged Items:

  • Photos are required to process a refund for damaged items
  • Photos/Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Examples of acceptable photos are shown below

Missing Items:

  • Because some orders are shipped in multiple packages, please check your order information to make sure all shipments have been delivered
  • Some items may be out of stock at the time of purchase, and subsequently refunded. Please check your email to see if any missing items have been refunded.
  • If part of your order hasn’t arrived within 8 weeks of order date, please submit a refund request and our team will get back to you as soon as possible. 

EXCLUSIONS/NON-REFUNDABLE:

  • Items in the ‘Brand Bundles’ collection are final sale and non-refundable.
  • Wish Best-Seller Boxes are final sale and non-refundable
  • Items in the ‘Facemasks’ collection are final sale and non-refundable.
  • Reorders are non-refundable (items that have been purchased previously)
  • Gift cards are non-refundable to original purchase method

 

IF YOUR ITEMS QUALIFY, FOLLOW OUR QUICK 2-STEP PROCESS:

(Steps 1 and 2 must be completed within 30 days of your order’s delivery)

 

STEP 1:  Create a request in our returns portal so we know which items are being returned. Please include photos of the damaged items here as well.

STEP 2: Pending review from our team, your return request will be processed.
