A: Yes, depending on your order value. Shipping is calculated at the time of checkout. Unfortunately, we are unable to localize the language used for shipping rates at checkout, and therefore have assigned two options to each shipping method so anyone and everyone can understand exactly what shipping option they’re paying for.

Q: How long does it take for fulfillment?
A: Once an order is received, we will fulfill it from the nearest warehouse(s) where the inventories are available. Since your inventories might be available in different warehouses, please expect up to 3-7 business days for all inventories to be fulfilled and shipped out from different warehouses. Because we are grouping your ordered items as much as possible, please expect your order to arrive in more than one package. You will receive a confirmation email once the order is fulfilled.
